Milosz Gawlik, Business Analyst
Chicago, IL, May 20, 2020 – Focus Management Group (FMG), a nationwide turnaround and restructuring firm, has improved its team with the addition of Milosz Gawlik. Milosz will serve as a Business Analyst to meet the firm’s growing demand for its turnaround management and corporate restructuring services.

Milosz is a Business Analyst for Focus Management Group. He supports clients by analyzing performance data and working capital management information to assist our teams in developing strategies to help companies, their lenders, and their stakeholders. His main areas of concentration include preparing 13-week cash flow and borrowing base forecasting tools, financial modeling and valuation analysis, data management, historic performance analysis, and written communication of findings.
Prior to joining Focus Management Group, Milosz served as a Market Research Analyst at a research firm in Chicago where he specialized in the analysis of the industrial and manufacturing industries by developing and manipulating financial models and valuations for financing, structure, and cash flow feasibility.
Milosz received his Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accountancy from DePaul University. During his time at DePaul, he was named to the Dean’s List every quarter, was the recipient of the Winston R. Tate award, and an active member of the DePaul Investment Group. Milosz had multiple successful student internships, as well. He interned at a middle market investment bank where he analyzed prospective buyers lists, performed financial modeling and valuation, and worked on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions. He also interned with an asset management firm which participates in the syndicated leveraged loan market. Milosz was also VP of Phi Kappa Psi.
