David Meyers is a senior operations manager with over 35 years of extensive multi-industry knowledge and experience in all facets of operations and maintenance excellence including TPM, lean manufacturing methodologies, and Six Sigma.
David’s consulting activities are directed toward identification, creation and implementation of processes and management systems for the continuous improvement of manufacturing and processing capabilities, products, services and personnel. He is versed in virtually all aspects of operations and reliability consulting, including world class maintenance, storeroom & maintenance shop design, inventory management, CMMS integration, materials management, R&D, distribution, logistics, turnaround planning and implementation, process redesign, cost control, operations and maintenance assessment, project management and personnel evaluation and function development.
Dave has worked with companies in a variety of industries, such as Food & Beverage, Paper, Plastics, Glass, Pharmaceutical, Extrusion, Furniture and Distribution. He has applied his techniques successfully to improve, turn around or expand operations in large Fortune 500 corporations and small, privately-held companies as well.
In previous roles, David has served as President, Operations and Manufacturing Vice President, Director, General Manager, Plant Manager and Quality Manager of several leading manufacturing corporations and companies.
