Aarti Mehta is an Accountant with Focus Management Group. She assists in the day-to-day financial operations of FMG including reporting of month end financials, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.

Prior to joining FMG, Aarti worked as a Senior Tax Associate where she reviewed federal and state tax returns. In this role, she ensured all filing and client budgets were met while maintaining client relations. Aarti researched various client-specific tax issues and also coordinated information and responses for IRS audits.
 
Aarti is a Certified Public Accountant. She received an MSA in Accounting from The University of Tampa and a Masters in Chemistry from The University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, UK. She studied and worked abroad and is a professional member of the Institute of Charted Accountants of England and Wales. Aarti is multilingual; she speaks English, Gujarati, and Swahili.
