Stanley Grabish is an accomplished and versatile business executive with 15+ years of experience in the finance and consulting industries, and 4 years at a multi-state long-term acute care hospital chain.
Stan is particularly adept in managing commercial loan transactions, supervising and leading audit teams, performing cash flow modeling and analyses, undertaking quality of earnings reviews, and improving the financial and operating functions of struggling businesses.
Stan has served as a senior consultant for clients spanning a wide variety of industries. Stan’s previous engagements have included (i) consulting with Debtors in numerous Chapter 11 cases (including a $60MM flooring company, a $1B+ recreational vehicle manufacturer, a $250MM computer manufacturer, and a $100MM+ chicken processor), and (ii) advising banks on credit-challenged commercial loans. On the bankruptcy cases, Stan has been involved on cash flow modeling for DIP budgets, sales of assets (including Companies), and completion of court filings (i.e. SOFAs, Schedules, Preference Analyses, Monthly Operating Reports, 503(b)(9)s).
During his healthcare tenure, Stan was a SVP in Finance and Operations. He led the modeling and budgeting process for the multi-state chain, and was also instrumental in the roll-out of major software projects, including Oracle ERP, LTRAX, and Relay Clearance. He led efforts to reduce costs throughout the system, including document storage costs, transcription and equipment rentals amongst others.
Stan received his MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, emphasizing organization and management and finance, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College, where he graduated Cum Laude.
