Focus Management Group was engaged to integrate the accounting systems and processes (Ledgers, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Capital Projects) of the 7 operating divisions around the world into a single Financial Services company. The transactions totaled $600 billion monthly.
Created the integration strategy.
Strategically designed the integrated application environment.
Architected the hardware platform including the management, monitoring, data storage rollups and geographical fail-over.
Created the staffing model of 300+ accountants and IT support personnel.
Authored and executed the 4,000+ task Implementation Plan.
The new division was fully staffed in 4 and a half months.
Monthly closings were successfully integrated and transitioned from around the world in just 5 months.
An annual closing was successfully executed at month 7, which was 5 months ahead of schedule.
